
OUR HISTORY
The Kbistro Family
We took over the operation of the restaurant in 2020, strictly family-run. Papa, Mama, Father, Mother, Children.
We designed our bistro-style catering primarily to meet the needs of campers, but fortunately we now have more and more outside guests. It is very important to us to offer our guests a rich and delicious breakfast, as well as meals during the day and early evening.
We have also tried to organize our opening hours accordingly, which is why we are waiting for you with a hot breakfast every day of the week at 7 a.m. From the summer of 2022, we will organize varied barbecue evenings on a weekly basis, with the participation of a highly knowledgeable, experienced pitmaster.
We have put together our menu from our favorite dishes, which includes pizza, fish and chips, stuffed cabbage, and pho soup.
We prepare our food and drinks using products from local farmers whenever possible, and we pay attention to supporting them. We also tried to create the interior and exterior atmosphere in a way that would be a friendly, cheerful, and relaxed place for us and our guests.
Our team has now grown, mostly with students and young adults on summer break. They have made the bistro even younger and fresher. We were pleased to see how well they can be motivated, how well they work and how well they fit into the "Kbistro" family.
We consider the environment and its proximity to be very important, which is why we pay special attention to using recycled materials and collecting trash selectively, which we also encourage our guests to do.
We love hikers, cyclists, and dog walkers. We are happy when they relax with us. It gives us a really good feeling when our guests or the guests of the campsite speak positively about us, they were satisfied with our service, they liked our food, they liked the service, they loved the atmosphere of the place.
